What you'll need:- 1-pound ground beef
- 1 can black beans
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, diced

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the olive oil. When warm, add onion and garlic stirring frequently for 1-2 minutes followed by adding ground beef until it browns all over.
