Each year, we’ve been trying to come up with new ways to elevate the dining experience, and this year we’ve found something spectacular- Dry Brine Turkey!

Ingredients:

  • 1 15-pound turkey (completely thawed for at least 48 hours if frozen)
  • 1/4 cup baking powder
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 6 sprigs of fresh sage
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 onion, quartered
